How the tools work together

PrintProfit3D is meant to be used in a path: price a print, save the product, price or plan an order, plan production, then manage printers if you have more than one. You can stop at any step.

Print Profit gives you a cost and a suggested price for one item. That is the starting picture — not a locked-in catalog price.

Saved Products (Seller Pro) stores a product so you can reuse it. Use Product copies the saved details into a supported tool. The destination tool still does its own job; prefill is a head start, not a second math engine.

Seller Pro answers selling questions: batch quotes, marketplace take-home, discounts, rush fees, waste, wholesale. Bulk Order Planning answers a different question: what it takes to make a large order (plates, hours, material). It is not a price quote.

Multiple Printer Manager is for assigning jobs across named machines. Quotes & Production Reports turns numbers you already have into a customer quote or a shop worksheet. It does not decide the correct price and it does not take payment.

A one-printer maker can live in Print Profit, Saved Products, and a couple of selling tools. Production and farm steps are optional until the work needs them.

Quick tip

Prefill copies numbers in. Always press that tool’s Calculate (or Update preview) before you trust the result.
