What this policy covers

PrintProfit3D can be used without an account. If you only use the calculators in your browser, the working data for those tools stays in that browser. If you sign in or start a paid plan, we store the account and subscription records described below so the site can recognize you and provide the plan you purchased.

PrintProfit3D does not sell personal information. This policy does not claim a particular privacy-law certification.

Information in your browser

Saved products, calculator drafts, printer plans, and similar tool data are stored in your browser with local storage. That data is not uploaded to a PrintProfit3D account unless a future feature says so. You can remove it by clearing this site's site data in your browser. Export and import of saved products, where the tool offers it, is a file you download or choose yourself.

Account information

Sign-in is optional. Google sign-in is available. When you sign in, PrintProfit3D receives the profile information that provider supplies for the login, which can include your name, email address, and profile image. We store an account, a linked sign-in record, and a session so you can stay signed in.

PrintProfit3D uses cookies and similar session technologies necessary to sign you in, keep you signed in, and securely operate account features. Authentication credentials or tokens stored for linked sign-in providers are handled by the authentication system used by PrintProfit3D.

Payments

Paid plans are processed by Stripe Checkout on Stripe's site. PrintProfit3D sends Stripe information needed to create the selected subscription and associate it with your PrintProfit3D account. PrintProfit3D does not collect or store your full card number. Stripe does that on its own pages under its own terms.

After Stripe notifies us that a subscription was created or changed, we store the plan tier, subscription status, Stripe customer id, Stripe subscription id, and the current period end. That record is what the application uses to know which plan is active. A return to the site after checkout does not itself grant a paid plan.

How the information is used

We use this information to:

• run the calculators and pages you open
• sign you in and keep that session
• start and record a paid subscription
• protect the site from misuse of the sign-in and checkout endpoints

We do not run a separate advertising or product-analytics tracker in the application. The site does load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google for those font files.

Who else receives it

Google receives the sign-in request when you choose Google. Stripe receives the checkout and subscription events when you start a paid plan. The application is hosted so it can be served on the public web, and signed-in account data is stored in a database used by that deployment. We do not give those providers your calculator drafts from browser storage.

Other websites you open from a link, including Stripe Checkout and Google sign-in, have their own privacy practices.

How long it is kept

Browser data stays until you clear it or the tool removes it. Account, session, and subscription records are kept while they are needed to operate the account and the plan. PrintProfit3D does not currently publish a self-serve account-deletion control or a fixed deletion timetable.

Your choices

You can use the free Maker calculator without signing in. You can decline a paid plan. You can sign out. You can clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser. The application does not currently list a privacy contact email.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
