Using Saved Products in calculators
Save a product once, then Use Product to copy its details into a supported tool. That tool still does its own job — prefill is a head start, not a second brain.
Open Saved Products, pick a product, press Use Product, and choose the calculator. Fields that match will fill in. You will see Loaded from Saved Products. Edit anything you need for this run.
Remove product & reset takes that tool back to its sample numbers. It does not delete the Saved Product.
Edit the product when the real print changed. Duplicate when you need a variation — a different color, plate count, or packaging — and change only the differences.
SKU / internal name is optional. If two products share the same SKU, you get a warning. You can still save both. A Saved Product is not sales history and not inventory.

Use this tool
Quick tip
After prefill, still press that tool’s Calculate (or Update preview). Copied numbers are not a finished result.
