What should I save as a Saved Product?
Save products you will print, quote, or sell more than once. Skip one-off experiments unless you know you will reuse them.
Good candidates: a figurine you already sell, a plate you quote every week, or a design you will run again next month. Common variations are worth saving too — duplicate the product and change only the differences (color, plate count, packaging).
Enter realistic costs and print times, the same numbers you would type into Print Profit. A Saved Product is a reusable starting point for supported calculators, not a record of how many you sold.
You do not need a Saved Product to price something once. If you only needed a quick estimate, Calculate Price and move on.
Backup and restore of the library is covered in its own Help article. Saving a product does not copy it to other devices.
