Which tool should I use?

Match the job, not the tier. Price one print in Print Profit. Saved Products is Seller Pro, for items you will make again. Use the other tools only when you hit that specific question.

Price one print: Print Profit Calculator

Save something you will make or quote again: Saved Products (Seller Pro)

See which shop leaves more money after fees: Marketplace Profit Comparison

Price several of the same product: Batch Order Calculator

Plan a large manufacturing run (plates, hours, material): Bulk Order Planning

See whether the farm still has room: Print Farm Capacity

Assign jobs to named printers: Multiple Printer Manager

Send a customer quote or print an internal production worksheet: Quotes & Production Reports

Seller Pro also has focused tools when you need them: bulk discounts, rush fees, failure/waste, AMS/multicolor waste, wholesale pricing, and order deadlines. You do not need those just to price your first print.

One printer is enough for Print Profit, Saved Products, and most selling tools. Farm tools matter when you have more than one machine or a large incoming order.

Quick tip

If you are stuck, price one print first. Almost every other tool works better once that product exists.
