What costs should I enter?
Enter the money that belongs to this print: filament, electricity, packaging, and labor if you count your time. Use 0 where a cost does not apply. Do not type the same expense twice.
Filament is spool price plus grams used (from your slicer). Electricity is your utility rate in $ /kWh, plus the printer power (watts) listed for your machine when the calculator asks for it. Packaging is what you spend to ship or hand over one sellable item.
Labor / design is optional. Count design, finishing, or packing time if that is part of how you price. Use 0 if you do not count your time. That is a real choice, not a missing field.
“Other” costs are extras that are not already in those fields — a bag, a card, a tiny add-on. Skip shop rent and your car payment unless you have a method for putting a slice of that onto this print. Guessing a huge overhead number here will blow up the price without teaching you anything.
