Customer quote vs production report
Customer Quote is what you send the buyer. Production Report is your shop worksheet. Switch modes without losing the form; do not send the worksheet as the quote.
Customer Quote holds business and customer details, line items, and totals. Production Report holds plates, printer-hours, material, packaging, and similar make-the-order facts.
You can fill a production report by hand or import a Bulk Order Planning snapshot. That import is for the shop document, not a hidden second price engine.
Press Update preview after you change fields. A stale notice means the on-screen document is behind the form.
