Quote vs invoice
Quotes & Production Reports makes a quote. It is not an invoice, receipt, or payment. Nothing has been charged.
The customer document says so on the page: it is a quote, not an invoice or receipt, and no payment has been processed.
The tool organizes numbers you already have — line items, optional tax or shipping if you type them. It does not look up tax, pick a carrier, or decide the correct selling price. Price the work in Print Profit or Batch Order first, then put those figures on the quote.
PrintProfit3D does not email the customer, collect a card, or turn this into a legal invoice by itself.

If they ask for a bill, this file is still a quote until you invoice them in whatever system you actually use.
