Print time and setup time
Print time is the slicer’s estimate for that plate. Setup/changeover is the extra minutes to start the next plate — unload, swap filament, scrape, restart. Use 0 if you do not count that.
Enter hours and minutes the way the slicer reports them for the job you will run, not the time you hope it will take. A plate of four parts uses that plate’s time once, not four times the single-model time, unless you print them one-by-one.
Setup/changeover sits on top of print time in planning tools such as Bulk Order Planning. It does not replace the slicer estimate.
Some selling tools talk about pooled printer hours: all machines’ hours added together, not a calendar of who runs what. That is enough to see whether a deadline is even possible. Assigning a job to a named printer is Multiple Printer Manager.
