Will this order finish on time?
Order Capacity & Deadline is a yes/no on pooled printer hours versus the due date. It is not a job queue.
It adds up printers × hours you actually print per day and compares that to the work in the order. That answers “is this deadline even in the realm of possible?” — not “which machine starts at 7 p.m. Tuesday.”
If it does not fit, do not promise that date. Reduce quantity, add hours, or see Rush Order if you are considering a paid scramble.
